Will Christ Find Faith on Earth When He Comes Again

Just a word, a cursory thought to call back Don Giussani on the seventh ceremony of his death. Many times in these days my mind has gone back to the words of Jesus that Giussani – picking them upwards from Paul Half-dozen – would repeat at the decisive moments of life: "When the Son of Human being comes, will he discover faith on earth?" At bottom the life of Don Giussani was testimony and case of this reality: that grace creates faith instant by instant.

What is given to u.s. – considering this, too, is given – is expressed in today'due south Gospel and the Epistle of James with the give-and-take humility. What is given to us is to exist humble, because God stands against the proud, to the humble he gives His grace. What is given to us is to be similar children.
